Drew Griffin practiced as a Wound Care Specialist for over 15 years. As a Mac and Social Media Enthusiast, Drew has consulted with the Health Care sector to help with Social Media strategies and e-Commerce integration for B2C companies. A former Education Specialist Trained by eBay, Drew has taught individuals, businesses and organizations how to integrate eBay based commerce and utilize Social Media tools to connect with their communities by delivering value.
Drew was raised and attended schools in the Philadelphia PA area. He now lives in Douglassville PA with his wife and family. Currently, Drew is a Certified Wound Care Nurse and co-founder of A Step Ahead Media. He has worked directly with patients who have suffered from various debilitating diseases including diabetes, traumatic wounds, Venous and Arterial diseases , burns as well as other skin abnormalities for 15 years. Drew has extensive experience with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and has treated countless patients who have experienced impressive healing rates. Drew has adopted new media and has helped educate his colleagues and patients through digital media including audio and video podcasts, PDF creation and Digital Photography among other formats. Drew has been an early adopter of Social and Digital Media. He keeps in tune with the Social Media trends by reading countless blogs, attending conferences and networking with other Digital Media Professionals.
